Privacy policy

This policy explains what reaches us when you visit the site or request an accident callback. Effective 26 October 2026.

The information in a request

Perimeter Log collects your name, phone number and four form answers: when the crash happened, whether another driver caused or contributed to it, whether you have injury symptoms or pain, and whether you previously signed an agreement with a lawyer for this accident. The injury answer is health information.

A submission also includes the page URL, a request identifier, the submission time, the qualification result and the consent text version. When present in the landing link, we collect campaign tags such as UTM tags and gclid. If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you include.

Information from a visit

Technical data can include your IP address, browser and device information, pages viewed and the referring page. We use this data to run and protect the website, identify failures, stop spam and understand visits.

How the callback information is used

We send your request to our partner law firm so its automated assistant can call about your accident and can connect you with its intake team. Your answers help our partner understand the inquiry. We also use request records to operate the service, resolve problems and respond to your choices. We do not use the injury answer to target advertising.

Who receives information

Our partner and the service providers that place its calls and texts receive information needed to handle the request. Our hosting provider processes website and request data. An analytics service may receive visit data to help us understand use of the website. We also share information when the law requires it. We do not sell personal information.

Cookies and analytics

Cookies and similar technologies may support site operation and analytics, including pages visited and referral sources. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Some features may work differently when cookies are blocked. This policy does not mean every listed technology runs on every visit.

Retention and security

We keep a request for as long as we need it to handle the request and maintain our records, then delete it. Legal duties or an unresolved dispute can require longer retention. We use reasonable safeguards to protect information. No internet transmission or storage system provides complete security.

See, correct, delete or stop contact

Ask to see, correct or delete your information by writing to privacy@truckaccidentlawyeratlantageorgia.com. We may need to confirm that the request comes from you. Include enough information to identify your request, and avoid sending medical files or identity documents in an initial email.

You can stop calls or texts at any time by telling the caller, replying STOP to a text, or using the same privacy email address. The callback consent terms explain the contact permission given when you submit.

Children and policy changes

The request service is for adults aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect children’s personal information. A parent or guardian can contact the privacy address to request removal. We will post policy changes on this page with a new effective date.
